Medical Education Strengthening Healthcare Workforce

This session will highlight how advanced medical education/training will create a skilled and resilient healthcare workforce and will share major topics (innovative delivery methods, curriculum development, and capacity-building for education) related to this effort.
 
Topics discussed by experts in this area of focus will include how to improve training for the healthcare workforce, how to leverage technology for medical educational resources (training), and how to implement interdisciplinary collaboration in developing a healthcare workforce.
 
In addition, attendees will learn about initiatives that foster lifelong learning and develop a workforce capable of addressing current and dynamic global health care demands.
 
A world-class exchange of information for committed health professionals and researchers occurs where science, policy and community health innovation collide at the Public Health Conferences.
 
During this session, we will discuss how we can use digital learning environments, simulation training, and competency-based education to enhance the achievement of desired learning outcomes for our participants. Participants will be given the opportunity to participate in discussions related to supporting their professional development through mentoring and global sharing of knowledge. In addition, participants will have an opportunity to see how various successful reform initiatives and capacity building efforts in medical education have changed the landscape of medical education around the world. Education must be adapted to the changing needs of healthcare delivery and the workforce crisis. The aim of this session is to enhance the capability of the global healthcare workforce through innovation and collaboration and to improve the level of preparedness of the global healthcare workforce.

Through rigorous medical education healthcare professionals not only become a qualified individual to diagnose disease but also ensure the public health to be more robust. Medical education is extremely dynamic process that caters to medical attention of patients. The quality of medical education is extremely important for fortifying any country for their public health.
